Product information
Specifications, images and performance figures for Lumilight products are published in good faith and kept current, but they are indicative rather than contractual. We improve products, and specifications can change without notice. The figures that bind us are the ones on the quotation and fixture schedule issued for your project.
Colour, finish and light output as rendered on a screen will not match the fitting in the room. Ask for a sample or visit the showroom before committing to a finish.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed only in a written quotation, which is valid for thirty days unless it says otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.
Made-to-order items — including custom chandeliers, cut-to-length strip and fabricated signage — cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form is for project enquiries. Do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through it. How we handle what you do send is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The Lumiverse and Lumilight names, logos, product designs, site text, photography and layout belong to Lumiverse Lighting. You may view, download and print pages for your own project use. You may not republish, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do not control its content and accept no responsibility for it.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a project-specific document we have issued to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Questions go to hello@lumiverse.com.
